How many internet marketing businesses do you need
to join to make money? If you watch some people perform online you would
think that it takes five or even 10. In reality that probably is not the
case.

One thing I learned a long
time ago is that do not put all your eggs in one basket. For example if
you are doing affiliate marketing it is to your benefit to be in
multiple programs.
Once successful internet marketer said one
time he would rather earn $100 a month from 100 programs than he would
$10,000 a month from a single one. This is a concept that sounds good
but ultimately can lead to your internet marketing failure.
The
reason for that is people always think the grass is greener on the other
side. Therefore they spend more time looking for programs to join than
they actually do promoting any of them online.
Think about this for a minute!
Joining a program is not going to make you any money. If you are not
making any money with one specific program how will you make any money
with two?
The exception to this is if you are spending a good
amount of time and money promoting your program. If you find it doesn't
convert then you certainly need to switch and promote a different one.
However, when you first start out, focusing on one specific product
or program is the best way to go. Once you have a system in place, and
you are making a profit on it, then you can add a second one.
This strategy works well for people who develop mini sites. They are
perfectly happy to earn income from affiliate programs such as Google
Adsense or other affiliate products.
However, the people who do
well with this type of strategy get quality traffic coming to it before
they began building another mini site.
In the past network
marketing was an industry where people were almost scorned if they
didn't show loyalty to one specific program. Today you can be in more
than one MLM and make good money doing it.
However, this is an
industry that requires some networking skills and time. Therefore you
need to make sure you are not ignoring people by spending more time
joining the program than you are actually building it.
This is a
few good tips on how many internet marketing businesses you should be in
at one time. If you're making money and have more free time there's
certainly nothing wrong with adding another one.
