them. Calling on the phone can make a better impression. Of course, it

You don't have to launch into a diatribe about how thankful you are

appreciate their patronage. They'll be impressed by your candor and
likely to come back… and refer your internet business to friends.
3. Offer something special for your clients
Your clients want to feel that they are special. So, you should
offer something special for them. Those could be coupons, gifts, and
reduced rates periodically (or with a certain number of orders). That
way, they'll be enticed to come back to your internet business rather
than trying to "shop around" for another deal.
Whether you have
been involved to internet business for many years or just a few weeks,
it will always benefit you to "take care" of your customers. Happy
customers are equal to better internet business.
